Week 5 - It's SO nice to see you.

First I want to say I'm SO excited that my best friend will be having a baby in approxiamently 3 WEEKS!! I can't wait to go home and be with her and see this new bundle of joy enter the world. God is GOOD! Also I want to pray for two of my other best friends who have been trying to conceive.. God has a plan for them I pray he will bless these two girls with beautiful healthy babies when the time is right.

Now on to Week 5 *Praying the BEST week Yet*

Well let's just say Week 4 was long, hard, and overrated! :) This mornings work out went great, got my weights set on my machines and I'm ready for these next 4 weeks! Got a good work out on my arms and so far the food and water is going AMAZING. I know I'm going to be wanting my sweet tea, but gotta keep my GOAL in mind. I'm SO close to Goal #1. I want to achieve it this week! My new favorite meat, DUCK! :) YUM!! I did my measurements this weekend and I've lost 3 inches in my butt and hips! I was excited about this. I have lost a total of 8.1 lbs since I weighed in 5 weeks ago today. It's been tough.. I've been developing more self-disicpline through this and self-control.

Goal is a desired result a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve—a personal or organizational desired end-point in some sort of assumed development. Many people endeavor to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines.

Self-Discipline  refers to the training that one gives oneself to accomplish a certain task or to adopt a particular pattern of behavior, even if one would rather be doing something else.

Self-Control the ability to control one's emotions, behavior and desires in order to obtain some reward later.

Also I wanted to touch on our new series at church. I know I have friends that read my blog that love our church and would benefit from hearing some of the sermons we get. If you are interested in a life-changing word go here:  Podcast from Destiny Church and listen to how amazing Pastor Chad is. He's a REAL person and doesn't try to fake or look down on anyone. Destiny Church has changed Jeff and I's life and we are SO thankful for all the friends and the new family we gained!

We are studying Jonah - Man On The Run  Sermon 1: Jonah 1:1-12

1. God Will Often Ask You To Do Things You DON'T WANT to DO
2. You can ALWAYS Find A Boat Sailing In The WRONG Direction
3. God May Send A STORM To Grab Your ATTENTION
4. Jonah's Worst NIGHTMARE Was Exactly What He NEEDED

What is God Asking You To Do?
